About Ragdoll Football

Ragdoll Football is a small, independent browser game: arcade American football where every hit turns players into floppy physics ragdolls. It is designed to load quickly and play well on a phone held upright, with no app install or account.

How it is built

• Graphics: Three.js (WebGL).
• Physics: the Rapier physics engine compiled to WebAssembly. Each player is an eleven-part jointed ragdoll that takes over when they are hit, then stands back up.
• Site: a static page built with Astro.
• Art: all characters, the field and the ball are generated in code. No third-party models, logos, music or footage are used.
